Goa Road Accident Scheme: Goa State Transport Minister expose about this scheme under that transport department provide financial assistance to the victims who is killed through road accident.
Under this new scheme Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho said that I am talking about this scheme with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant that one time assistance provided to the beneficiaries who is killed through road accident. For that Goa State government/transport department provides rs 2 lakh to the family of the beneficiary. Also they said that scheme was already ready but procedure was not finalized properly.

Under this road accident scheme of Goa we provides 2 lakh rupees to the victims families if he/she had killed. But in some cases victim get serious injury or permanent disability in such a cases we will also provide a financial assistance to the victims.
Friends under this road accident scheme Goa, if victim get permanent injury then Goa state government provides them a financial assistance about 1.5 lakh rupees and if victim suffers permanent disability then Goa state government Provides them 1 lakh rupees According to media reports. Here one thing you must notice that under this Goa road accident scheme State government doesn’t provide any occupational losses.

Goa state government want to become helpful to the road accident victim’s family to provide them financial assistance. But there is one limitation also and that is if anyone is the victim of the road accident and he/she will be killed through road accident then their family must have to apply for the financial assistance within a 6 month of the victim’s death.
Friends as per the TOI report, under this Goa road accident scheme state government also provide financial support to recover hospitalisation expenses. But also here is limitation and that is govt provides hospitalisation expenses based on their annual income.
