Friends this Namo Stree Yojana launched by CM Basavaraj Bommai on International Women’s Day to support Women SHGs by economically as well as skill development. Chief Minister Bommai said that through Namo Sthree Scheme we encourage women entrepreneurs to increase their skill and create jobs for a women. That’s why we provide Interest free loan and also free training to the women entrepreneurs.
Further CM Said we already identified 50,000 association who establish e industrial units and 15 production units. These units will be established in every district of the state which will be produced Chips, Earthenware, Caster Oil and Jam etc. On a result of that women entrepreneurs make possible to create a jobs for a women.

Objective of Namo Stree Yojana
Karnataka State Government starting this Namo Stree Scheme because state government want to increase participation ration of women in industrial sector. State government has decided that they will create a 5 lakh jobs for women up to upcoming year 2026. So Karnataka state government allocate 500 crore rupees budget to this Namo Sthree Yojana and 100 crore rupees released for 9890 Self Help Groups of the state.
