BRS working president and minister of the KCR Govt (KT Rama Rao) announced Home Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme for MIGs (Middle Income Groups) of the state on 24th November. They said that this scheme is parallel to 2BHK Housing Scheme and Gruha Lakshmi Scheme in Telangana. In this scheme those who are into Middle Income Class are able to buy 1200 Square Feet to 1500 Square Feet flats in their selected areas and if they got a loan for that than they don’t have to think more about their loan interest amount.
They said that through BRS Home Loan Scheme, every eligible citizens will get interest Subversion benefits. Also they said that we need another 10 years to change the condition of the Telangana.
