Step 1: Visit madad.gov.in

Step 2: Home Page displayed on your screen.

Step 3: Click on the menu “Grievance Registration” located on the Home Page.

Step 4: Now Grievance Registration form will be displayed where you have to fill necessary information.

(Details like Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Hint Question and Answer etc.)

Step 5: Click on the “Register” Button.

Step 1: Visit MADAD Official Portal.

Step 2: Home Page will be displayed.

Step 3: You have to click on “Track Grievance Status” option on the Home Page.

Step 4: Now on the New page you have to enter Grievance ID and whatever characters displayed.

Step 5: After that you have to click on “Track Status” Button.
