Through PTP-NER Scheme, Central Government aims to provide logistics and Marketing supports to the tribal artisans. Under the Marketing and Logistics Development for Promotion of Tribal Products from North-Eastern Region Scheme (PTP-NER) Central Government organise Tribal Artisans Melas (TAMs) to showcase tribal’s products in these Melas which is organised in the month of April and May, 2023.
Friends, launching of that type schemes Central Government try to develop tribal artisans. Apart from PTP-NER, Central Government also launched PM DevINE Scheme and PM Vishwakarma Yojana that are related to this scheme.

Tribal Artisans Mela To be held in Nagaland on 09 to 19th May
Friends, this news is delivered by deputy commissioner of Wokha, Nagaland. He tweets that upcoming Tribal Artisans Mela will be organised in Wokha in Nagaland from 9th May to 19th May on various locations. 9th and 10th May in Wokha District, 12th and 13th May in Mokukchung District, 15th and 16th May in Tuensang District and 18th & 19th May in Phek district. PTP-NER 2.0 Launched
We want to informed that TRIFED launched second version of Promotion of Tribal Products from North-Eastern Region called PTP-NER 2.0 Scheme on the 21st September, 2023. This PTP NER 2.0 will be up to 10th November, 2023. In the first phase of the scheme Department has been covered 38 districts of the 8 North East States of the Country while in the second phase of the scheme 29 more districts will be covered.

Objective of PTP-NER Scheme

They believed that for the development of tribal, we need to showcase the traditions and their products to the open market.
