Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rio Launched this CM Health Insurance Scheme on 14 October, 2022 for the Free Health treatment of the State Public. CM said with this CMHIS Nagaland becomes Second state on the specific health treatment welfare scheme where state Citizens take advantages of cashless treatment of their illnesses. CM Rio said that now State Hospitals have chances to break the government employee or Richest person who take their treatment outside the state.

There are two Categories in the CM Health Insurance Scheme one is CMHIS Employees and Pensioners (EP) and second one is General Category. Both categories will get different benefits under the scheme. Under CMHIS Nagaland Employees and Pensioners including state government Pensioners, MLA, ex-MLA, PSU Staff and other employees who are eligible for monthly medical allowance or say CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme). This category will get Rs 20 lakhs per family per year for cashless treatment.

While CMHIS Nagaland General including all indigenous and Permanent Residential citizen of State. But there is one condition and that is they are not benefitting under AB-PM-JAY (Aayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana). Objective of Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme Nagaland

One of the main objective to start CM Health Insurance Scheme in Nagaland State is to provide free health treatment (with the help of financial assistance) to all the citizens of the state with hassle free. CM Rio said we noted that poor families people are not able to pay cost of medical expenses or the other way their bank account will become empty after providing health treatment to their family member. That’s why Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme launched to avoid financial problems of poor families and give their better quality health treatment.

Nagaland Health Insurance Scheme Allocate ₹66 Crore Budget for year

CM Rio said that our government allocate 66 Crore rupees to Health Insurance Scheme Nagaland to give good quality treatment to the poor people. Apart from this budget Rs 16 crore releasing today. CM said that The Oriental Insurance Company LTD become our insurance partner and state government allocate 69 Cr. Rupees as a premium for the first year.

On the launching ceremony of Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme Nagaland State govt delivered eCard to the beneficiary and also give empanelment certificate to the hospitals named as Oking Hospital Kohima, CIHSR Dimapur, District Hospital Mon, District Hospital Longleng and Olive Hospital Dimapur. Eligibility Criteria for CMHIS Nagaland

• You are officially residential of Nagaland State. That means you have the documents that proves you are Citizen of the Nagaland State.
• Under Nagaland Health Insurance Scheme you must be government employee or pensioners or PSU Staff or Common citizen.

Step 2: Now you are landing on Home Page where you have to tap on Green Coloured Register button located at right hand side top corner.

Step 3: Next new page open where you have to click on “Click Here to Register” button after that new page open where you must select General Category from drop down menu.

Step 4: Now on your screen registration form will appear where you have to fill your full name as per Aadhaar, email ID, mobile number, captcha code and create password.

Step 5: After filling form you have to tap on Green Coloured Submit Button.

Online Registration as a CMHIS Employee/Pensioner

Step 1: First of all you have to go on Official Website.

Step 2: A Home Page will appear on your screen where you have to click on Register button.

Step 3: Now new page appear where you have to click on “Click Here to Register” button and after that you have to select Govt. Employee from drop down menu.

Step 4: Now you have to enter your PIMS Code and Click On Blue Coloured Check PIMS/PPO Button.

Step 5: After that a new page open IN front of you where you have to fill your full name and other details carefully.

Step 6: After filling out Registration form you have to tap on Register/Submit Button.

1. Go to the Official Website.
2. Click on the Hospitals Sanction on the home page.
3. Now you have to enter Category, Specialty name, procedure name and search procedure name.
4. Now you have to scroll down and list of hospitals are listed below on your screen.
