One of the main objective to starting Card Prime Software is to provide online facility to the citizens of the Andhra Pradesh for Online Property Registration. Due to this step citizens of the state will be able to save their time as well as money. Card Prime 2.0 Online Registration Procedure

You have to follow these steps for Online Registration under Card Prime 2.0 Software.

Step 1: Visit official Website of Card Primme. (Direct link will be given further in this article) (https://registration.ap.gov.in/igrs)

Step 2: Now on the Home Page of the Official Website you have to click on “PRIMME” Option.

Step 3: Now a new page will be displayed where if you already registered than enter your email, mobile number or Aadhaar Number and after verification of OTP and logged in. Otherwise you have to click on “New Registration”.

Step 4: Now a Card Prime Online Registration Form will be displayed as shown in the below image.

Step 5: Now you have to fill Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Aadhaar Number and click on “Send OTP” button.

Step 6: Now you have to verify OTP and Login to the Portal.

Step 7: Now on the dashboard you have to select “Documents” Option and click on the “New Document” option.

Step 8: Now you have select type of Registration and also select Nature of Documents.

Step 9: Now you have to select Sub Registrar office where you want to register and fill District and Mandal.

Step 10: Now you have to enter consideration value and date of execution details.

Step 11: Now user can enter link document if they add the executant and property details to the document.

Step 12: User to add or edit Executants/Mortgager/Donor and the Claimant/mortgagee/donee and also user have to add “Representative”.

Step 13: Now user have to select Rural for Agriculture Land and Select Urban for a Flat, a House and a plot.

Step 14: Now user have to book a slot (Appointment) on available time after that they have to make a Online Payment and generate check slip.

Step 15: User have to generate an English or Telugu Documents and have to download form 60/61 if PAN card is not available to the user.

Step 16: Now fill all the details and generate 16 digit Application ID Number. (Note down this 16 Digit Application number because you need this number at SRO Office.)

Step 17: Now you have to enter information will be available at SRO Office for Registration.

Step 18: Now all the decision will be hand on SRO Officer he/she can reject or accept the document or may ask the parties to change in the document details.
