National Teacher Award 2023 Details
All Government School teachers as well as Heads of the school, Private school teachers whose schools teaching state/UTs syllabus are eligible to apply for National Award for Teachers in 2023. Those teachers will be winner who are contributing a new interesting method to learn students. Education Ministry opens Portal on 23rd June, 2023 for inviting online applications for best teacher award.
You are eligible to Apply Online up to 15th July, 2023. That’s why make sure your online application before than that. Selection process will be depends on how teachers has been used innovative methods for teaching students by the use of new technology or methodology. This National Teacher Award will be delivered on the Birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on 5th September.

Best Teacher Award Objective
One of the main objective to start National Teacher Award is to encourage the teachers to adopt a new way of learning which is helpful to the students without any depression of education. That’s why Education Department of India provides National Award to the Teachers.

Eligibility Criteria for Best Teacher Award
- All Medium Teachers and Heads are eligible to Application Online. Like Primary School Teachers, Middle, Secondary and Higher Secondary School.
- All Central Government School Teachers are eligible. Like…
- Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya
- Kendriya Vidyalaya
- Eklavya Model Residential School
- Sainik School Run by Ministry Of Defence
- Atomic Energy Education Social run school
- Schools Affiliated by CBSE Board
- Teachers or Headmasters should not have indulged in tution.
- Those teachers are not eligible who already retired.
- Contractual Teachers and Shiksha Mitraa also Not eligible for Best Teacher Award.
- Education Administrator, staff of training institutes and inspector of education are also not eligible to Application under the National Teacher Award 2023.
- Teachers and Heads must have an experience of 10 years.
